This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Math Facts Flash (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Evan Mullins. The Application is a simple app that displays math questions and allows the user to answer via keyboard input on their mobile device. We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. This Application is intended for children or those learning Math. We do not solicit any user information and thus obviously, we do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
